Just Jim Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 1.8 seconds. Does the clock start when it hits the rim, or when a player touches it. No way they make that in 1.8 from the time it hits the rim. But, an exciting finish.

I still think it was probably close to being not in time, but the home clock operator only had to give them about .3 extra.
sweet16 Posted February 13, 2014 Author Posted February 13, 2014 Heck of an ending. Who won? Carlisle county79-78
DragonFire Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Carlisle by a point. Heck, I'm an echo on the last few posts.

Timed it a few times he got it off in time
PurplePride92 Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 1.8 is plenty of time for that play. The bounce on the free throw miss made that play happen. Players got positioned to attack with ok time taken off the clock.

stinkyboy II Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Not that you would think it would matter, but ... if your not going to put the kids on the free throw line to force the action in the backcourt, at least stand by the kids in their offensive end. Poor defensive set-up exposed by perfect execution.
