February 19, 201412 yr Kid seems like a big talent. I do find it ironic in a sense that many of the talking heads on the national recruiting scene (Wiltfong, etc.....) have questioned the ability of players from the state of the KY due to their "lack of competition", yet I have yet to hear it regarding this kid. Guess he doesn't have this problem with their scheduling. A bit hypocritical on the pundits part if you ask me. I'd say one of the biggest differences is the camps that Damien has been able to attend and show his skills at. IIRC, we're talking about a kid clocked at a 4.36 the other day. That kind of speed is very rare for us, especially on a kid who can flat out play.

DH is legit, wouldnt matter where he played HS. Camps are where offers come from.

Camps are where offers come from. You are correct. He can't help the teams he plays against, all he can do is show out every game. He also does it a camp where the "best" of the best is.
