January 20, 201412 yr Sounds a bit like whining, but I honestly thought that Harbaugh threw more temper tantrums than a 2 year-old in every game he's coached in. Fixed that for you.
January 20, 201412 yr When you said "I stopped reading after the bold. comical...". Pretty much sums up your bias toward Tommy Boy. No, it says what you said was so ridiculous, that it was clear a logical and rationale debate was out of your element, so it's pointless to continue with the conversation. Brady did not play well yesterday, he didn't play well in the last couple Super Bowls. That's not a secret. Everyone knows it, including me. I'm able to be rationale, which is more than can be said about you.

January 20, 201412 yr I really like Manning, Welker, Tamme, & both D Thomas and J Thomas. I watch as many Broncos games as I could this year, mainly because Manning was my $$$ league QB. But I thought it was extremely ironic that they called that on New England. Denver runs the pick play more than most basketball teams and rarely ever get a flag for it. I thought it was deliberate and illegal, when I was watching the game. I was surprised the announcers never really said anything about him taking him out while the ball was in the air, especially after the very weak penalty they called on the Pats that probably cost them points. There was another obvious offensive pass interference call they missed on the play when they threw the late flag on the Pats for defensive holding that kept alive the Broncos first TD drive.
January 20, 201412 yr Aqib Talib Injury: Updates on Patriots CB's Knee and Recovery | Bleacher Report Here is a video of the play. It casts some doubt on Welker's claim that he was trying to avoid him.

It casts some doubt on Welker's claim that he was trying to avoid him. I don't know how much of a cheap shot it is, he hit him high shoulder to shoulder. Welker didn't lower his head into his ribs or go for his knee.
January 20, 201412 yr It was the point that' date=' especially in the last SB, Brady played bad. If you don't thnk he performed badly in that game with his poor throws then your bias toward him is even worse than I thought.[/quote'] I don't think Brady played all that bad. In 07 he was 29-48 266 yards 1 TD 0INT. In 2011 he was 27-41, 276 yards 2td 1int. The Giants defense played great in both games and had the perfect game plan in both games. The Pats chances wouldn't have been any better with out Brady. In fact they would have been much worse.

It looks to me he put his shoulder pads into his ribs. If he would have used his helmet or hit him below the waist, there isn't much doubt that a penalty would have been called on Welker.
January 20, 201412 yr You don't remember the bad throws in those games just like yesterday. I do. You need to let your obsession with Brady go my man, it can't be healthy. :lol2:

The replay that I saw it looked shoulder to shoulder or shoulder to arm, not a straight shot to the ribs. But either way, it's football those kind of shots happen on just about every down.
January 20, 201412 yr You don't remember the bad throws in those games just like yesterday. I do. Brady was hit 23 times in the first Super Bowl vs NUG if I'm not mistaken. He didn't play as bad as you claim. The Giants just had a great game plan in both games. I remember those games better than most, seeing as how they're both games in which my favorite team won the Super Bowl.
January 20, 201412 yr You need to let your obsession with Brady go my man' date=' it can't be healthy. :lol2:[/quote'] I think he's got an anti Eli obsession as well. Must have something against QB's who win multiple Super Bowls. :lol2:
