They've been going south for a while just not catching the bigger fish until recently. Brooks and Joker both depended heavily upon Georgia and Florida. A majority of their teams came from those states.

Stepaniak, who is 6 feet 4 1/2 and 285 pounds, also has offers from UC, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Penn State, Vanderbilt, Ohio University, Miami University, Bowling Green and Toledo. Stepaniak is scheduled for Junior Day visits to Michigan State, Ohio State, Penn State and Kentucky the next few weeks, according to Butts.
