Who were they? Oh, yea Chad Pennington, Randy Moss and Bryan Leftwich. Yea, those non SEC conference can't produce real players.

UK never lost to WKU because they didn't have enough KY boys, they had plenty. They didn't have enough top state talent and other talent from around the nation. You seem to be stuck in the old times where schools only had in state players and succeeded with them. The only players that need to be at UK are ones that can play at any other program in the country not just WKU...

They didn't have enough top state talent and other talent from around the nation. You seem to be stuck in the old times where schools only had in state players and succeeded with them. The only players that need to be at UK are ones that can play at any other program in the country not just WKU... I'm not stuck in the old times, I don't expect every player on UK's roster to be from Kentucky. I just want the great in-state players to have the opportunity to play for the flag ship college in the state. Look at the rosters for State Universities in other states, they have the top in-state talent on there. Yes, they have players from other states as well, but they have a good number of in-state players.

So he only did it with in state talent?Petrino did a good job in state, the previous staff looked down on in state players as a whole in my opinion and focused on the south, especially GA. I am not sure why you feel that WKU is getting the elite talent in the state. Elite talent is not going to WKU, if they are not going to UK or UL they are going to bigger schools.
