Heard there has been some shake up on the Tigers staff for next year. Big change is on Defensive side of ball anyone have any news on this..

 

Is this actually go to happen or is it something we're going to talk about until August?

I say we drop it until someone can confirm. Same thing with rumors about Mike. It just feeds the rumor mill.

Some young guys to look for next season for the Tigers would be Junior-to-be WR Colin O'Daniel, DE Ethan Adams and Sophomore-to-be QB Desmond Ridder. Wanted to be the first on here to mention these guys because they can be really good and helpful to the St. X squad next season.

 

Ridder is an interesting kid. Settled in nicely as the permanent starter for freshman late last year and did a fine job. He is about 6'0 170 and still growing fast. He is who I believe should back up Senior Noah Houk next season. That would be a great 1-2 punch at QB and could keep the offense moving if Houk were to ever miss any time.

I'm sure this has been discussed, but does X feel any pressure in regards to T "strength" of schedule for the future? Or do the "higher ups" in the X program feel just fine with the way their schedule is/has been constructed?

Until St. X can dominate the state, much less the district, I don't think they will be worrying about a powerhouse schedule anytime soon

Defense should be faster for this year from what ive seen. Offense? Could be more dynamic with Houk at Qb and Smith and Rowan in the backfield. Only problem I see is experience across the board

Andrew McCormick and Spencer Foy are going to visit Dayton. Foy got a preffered walk on spot at WKU.

 

Malik Carr got an offer from Morehead State. Dekota Jones visited there last weekend and hopes to get an offer from them. That would be cool with former players Austin Gahafer and CJ Phillips already there.

 

Lenny Broyles has been committed to Malone, but could end up opening it back up. SE Missouri State (offer) and Louisville (walk on) are still options.

 

Walker is visiting Vandy this weekend. Might get an offer. Tiger Nation have your fingers crossed because that would be huge for the program!

 

Jake Collins (Kicker) has offers from Morehead State and Centre. Looking for a preferred walk on spot at either Louisville or Kentucky.

 

Haven't heard anything on BJ Nagle in a long time in terms of recruiting. Any one have anything?

 

Roshkowski is going to play lacrosse at Bellarmine. They should start a football team too because he is a great receiver!

Ryan Karrer Offensive linemen committed to Lindsey Wilson about a month ago. Don't think I saw that on here! Congrats to him too! This offensive line was crazy good. Don't understand how the Tigers didn't run for a million yards this year. That I put on coaching...

 

So yes lots of news from this senior class who will represent St. X well on the next level! Way more to come as we near Signing Day!!
