N. Schrand? Is that the one in 8th grade? Is he normally a starter? Last time I saw him was last year, but he was very slight. Has he grown? That is really interesting.

No surprise here. Holy Cross has some nice young talent but simply not enough talent or size to keep this one within 30.

Good to see Coach Dawn went to his bench early and often. Even though it's an inferior opponent, games like this are exactly how you start to build depth and get confidence from those guys.

Those tough xmas games have to had helped NCC, whether they won or lost they faced fierce competition. 9th Region foes will have it hands full for sure to take down this gang on the hill.

8th grade? Yikes. Last 8th grader I saw who could handle varsity b-ball was built like a mack truck - Hatton.

Looks like NCC had a good second half.

CVH did okay last year, admittedly at a smaller school level. Your point is spot on though, I'm assuming the young Schrand is neither BH nor CVH.

Would love to be a fly on the wall around the HC parents, just to get a feel for their thoughts on the matter.

Good call on CVH. Not sure how I forgot him. That's two.

Didn't McClendon play ball at Holy Cross as an 8th grader too?
