Panthers win this one with relative ease from start to finish. They just get up and down the floor so well. Brent Bach, on several possessions, went from half court to the basket on 2-3 dribbles, all while weaving through traffic. Really impressed with Snapp tonight as well. Shot it well all over the floor.

For Augusta to be what it wants to be, Snapp has to be outstanding. So far he's doing pretty well. Congrats to him. :thumb:

Started out straight up man. Played some 1-2-2 but most of the game was in transition....

Augusta is good. They play in 2 very good tourneys over the holidays. We will find out just how good they are. The teams they have beat so far are a combined 11-20 or so. Only one with a winning record is Bracken. Next 2 weeks will help them better prepare for the games when they start to count.

They'll be tested in essentially any tourney format because they lack depth. The injury to Crawford really, really hurts them.

 

But you're right about the next two weeks better preparing them, regardless of what kind of W/L record they accumulate.

All valid points. We'll see what happens over the next 2 weeks and thereafter. Arguably, our schedule is as tough as anyone's especially when you take into account most teams we play have vastly more kids per class than we have in the entire school (about 105 in HS). Our goal remains the same; to get better and be competitive with whoever we play.
