December 14, 201312 yr I really liked that single "The Wire" from that record first time I heard it. Very catchy, poppy stuff that's totally listenable. Sounds like they lifted that beat from The Eagles - Heartache Tonight. Here they are side by side... listen for yourself... I'm with CWB about their tunes not doing much for me.

December 14, 201312 yr Heaven and Earth "Dig" for me this year. I had never heard of them, so I checked them out at your prompting. Boy that Joe Retta lead singer dude has a rock voice and swagger that doesn't quit doesn't he? Interesting too is the history of all the members. They certainly have the classic rock thing down.

September 10, 201511 yr I really liked Monae's first album. I need to give it a spin.Finally gave it a spin. Jesus Christ have I been missing out. Fantastic album. Southeastern still has #1 though!
