December 4, 201312 yr I found this small set of tongs in a hotel room that somebody had left behind. I had no idea what it was so I took it to the front desk. They were clueless also, but they said some construction workers were in that room last and they had a small grill they used outside. Maybe they used the tongs for cooking? Anyway, the hotel said I could have them and I am trying to find out what they are for. They say "HAVANA" on one end, which made me think maybe they were used in the production of cigars or something. They are 6" long from tip to tip. I also wondered if they were used for some other kind of smoking. Anybody have an idea what I have here?

I didn't want "possession of drug paraphernalia" added to my record in case of a traffic stop.
