Don't see how that can benefit any team. Especially when they occur on 4th down stops. My complaint with AC is that all year they seem to only play hard in parts of the game. Cooper had 6-7 turnovers. 14 of AC's first 28 were on pick 6's alone. They scored most of the rest off their points following the TO's.

 

Common opponent was Cooper and Conner was much much better than what AC showed Friday night. I said if Conner plays conservative offense it can be a close game, if Conner airs it out it should be a blow out.

I didn't and i also havent heard anyone else say how cheap shots and dirty play benefitted AC in any way, what it was pointing out was the classless play they resorted to when their backs were against the wall.

It's hard to win when you have 6-7 turnovers including 2 pick 6's.

 

Conner won't have a half dozen or more turnovers and seems to be able to score at will when they need to.

 

As I said earlier , if they go conservative it can be a close game. If they air it out I feel Conner can win by a lot.

Aaron Botts finishes his Senior year for MoCo with 1221 yards rushing on 169 attempts with 17 touchdowns. That is 7.2 yards per attempt.

 

Sophomore Chaiten Tomlin gets thrown into the starting QB role when Art Walker goes down with a broken collarbone in the second game of the season. He finishes with 1860 yards passing with 24 TDs and only 9 interceptions. He also rushed for 386 yards.

Sophomore Art Walker threw for 331 yards and 5 touchdowns in his two games before he was injured.

 

Jr. Chase Hall finished with 44 receptions for 768 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Jr. Joe Chism finished with 34 receptions for 633 yards and 8 touchdowns.

I believe he is taller and outweighs every single one of his lineman. Not making excuses, just stating that you should look at the talent around a player before you make a judgement on their game.

You need to look at the line protecting him. If I'm not mistaken they had only one returning starter from last year and that is their Center D Baker a really good player but the rest of their line are first time starters. Drew is so good rushing because he has to be. He is under constant pressure. If you want to see how he is at passing just look at his compl %. That should calm any fears BBN may have.
