October 28, 201312 yr Rose vs. KI on November 9th!!!! Just left the barbershop. Question was who would you rather have, KI or DRose. It was 4 of us. 3 of us Duke fans. I said DRose. Non-Duke fan said DRose. Two other Duke fans said KI. I say DRose is the 3rd best player in the league and that sealed it for me. KI is close to becoming the best PG in the league though. Tough decision for me though as I LOVE KI. They asked what does DRose do that KI can't do? I couldn't offer a convincing answer.

I had a major brain freeze before and obviously I take Rose over Westbrook and Parker. I would go Lebron and Durant. Then 3A &3B Rose and CP3. I have no problem with anyone ranking Rose #3 or as Jalen Rose did today CP3 the #3 player.

Not many times, if any, will you find a team who has the scoring champion of the league yet he is not the leading shot taker on his own team. And said leading shot taker is the PG, the guy responsible for orchestrating and leading the offense. That is what you have in OKC. Not the best of recipes.

Made the NBA Finals with that recipe. I thought James Harden was crucial when he would come in run the team from the point-forward position. I am fine having them both in the game, and even having Westbrook take more shots, but they need a floor general to get them over the hump, imo. A lot of my indictment of the Thunder is because of Durant; he is not selfish enough or strong enough of a leader to demand the rock more. In fairness to, Durant gets to the line a lot.
