I have asked around and have received conflicting information on what teams are on what side of the brackets this year and what potential match-ups we may have in both the playoffs and the state finals.

 

For purposes of this discussion I would like us to use our rankings from last week to show everyone which teams are on which side and who could potentially play who and when?

 

1. Trinity vs. #6 Manual

2. Scott County at #10 Henry Clay

3. Saint Xavier vs. #4 Male

4. Male at #3 Saint Xavier

5. Simon Kenton at Boone County

6. Manual at #1 Trinity

7. Dixie Heights at Campbell County

8. Butler at Southern

9. McCracken County vs. Marshall County

10. Henry Clay vs. #2 Scott County

They should not have to go through any of those monsters, no. Butler and McCracken County/Henderson County seem to be their biggest obstacle.

If, and it's a big if at this point, McCracken makes it to that point it won't be an easy road game for Simon Kenton. I would assume it would be a huge crowd awaiting them. Big stadium and huge school in first playoffs. Just saying....

If SK wins 6A the amount of viewers on at 1 time could be an all time record.

It's pretty exciting to see 6A so wide open! I think it's T until you knock them off but it appears to be wide open. My gut thinks Scott Co wins it and the state falls in love with Daniels!
