I never said Will was a better QB than the top 3 but does deserve some credit. Houliston, Barker and Kuntz are very good. Of the QB mentioned I ask everyone this question how different would the team be if they did not have their QB. Highlands I would say would not miss a beat. Simon Kenton may have a little drop off but they would still be a very good team. Conner would struggle without Barker, Cooper would have very little offense, I also saw mention that Ludwig does not have a strong arm. He has the ability to find the open receiver. He is very smart with his football knowledge and in the class room. Of the 3 interceptions he threw the last game one was in the end zone that should have been ruled a TD if not for bad officiating and the other was on 4th and long which was probably better than a punt.

I think any and all of us that have watched Will agree he's had a nice year and for the first year in the position has done very well.

Here's my ranking. Note that in today's world running counts when evaluating QBs. I don't think Moore is a strong passer but his effectiveness in the position is there.

3. Houliston

4. Moore

5. Fieger

6. Kid from Campbell County

7. Ludwig

8. B Dressman (moving up)

 

Note: I haven't had the chance to see the QBs at Scott or Bellevue so I'm not sure where they would rank

After seeing Dixie's QB last night I think he'll be alright in a year or so but think he's ranked way too high on your list. Ludwig defiantly the better of the two.

I know, but isn't the biggestpart of a QB his passing ability? Moore is a better rusher, but not close to passing ability.

 

We'll agree to disagree, I would rather have a QB that can throw, anyone can get a RB and stick him behind center.

Hoge had alot of over thrown passes Friday night. Once he gets more reps he will fix that.
