Wow. That is one heck of a game score.

Score somewhat reminiscent of their 1998 playoff matchup, only a complete reversal. Middlesboro won that night, 78-34.

At one point in the first half, Middlesboro fumbled 3 straight kickoffs and Pikeville recovered them all setting up short field scores.

 

Middlesboro was plagued with penalties and they lost 8 or 9 fumbles.

 

Neither team really stopped the other on defense, Pikeville just won the turnover battle and had less penalties.

You're not going to win many games when you cough the ball up 9 times. :scared:

No joke, and I think they had 3 fumbles that they didn't lose. Strange game.
