I will say, from the little I've been able to watch WKU has some really good players. They should be a fun team to watch the next few years.

 

 

I do think UK will obviously get better as the year progresses but I think many of us believed they would be better to start out than what they've shown in this game.

There just aren't alot of good players on this team.

 

Hopefully fans don't give up on Stoops because I do think he will turn it around given some time.

Waaaay too early to give up on Stoops. The disappointment of this game and how it's went down still stings though. Getting beat would be one thing. Getting beaten the way we are right now is completely different though.

Western has dropped several possible interceptions so far.

Really....a delay of game off an incomplete pass.

 

I would hate to be in practice after this game.

I just hope we can make it respectable and Max Smith can give us something to build on.

Any "fan" that says to fire Stoops or gives up should quit watching football. It's 1 game, in a new system, with a bunch of players that he didn't recruit. Give it time.

And Petrino has never been one to take his foot off the gas.....loved that about him at UL
