Thanks for the info, LoneRanger...so is there any new information on any of the schools mentioned above?

Atherton will begin a second round of interviews next week. They are bringing back 3 candidates and plan to hire from them. They should hire someone by middle of next week. It usually takes a week or so in Jefferson County to get a hiring announced. That depends on how quickly it gets approval from the BOE.

It is getting closer and closer to the time for Spring Ball...any updates on the schools still looking to fill the position of Head Coach???

Rumor has it, West Jessamine should be.

Should be what? Should be making their decision official?

Might should be finalizing their decision to hire Cornell Burbage or some other candidate. What is Burbage's status?

I know schools want to make the best decision possible, but it seems that some schools are dragging their feet...I think every coach would agree that those 10 days of Spring Ball will help tremendously to get your team acquainted with your offense and defense...You will be 10 days ahead of those schools that may not hire until after Spring Ball.

I agree, there must be a reason that this has been left unofficial.

Lewis County has interviewed...What about Rowan County?? Any news on interviews or hiring committee?

Shelby Valley hired Kevin Saunders.

...no comment on any of the others.

Some of these schools sure are cutting it close on spring practice. What is the hold up? Do they just not care?

I have not seen an opening of any type for green county what is the situation there?

Where did Jeff Reese go from Allen Co/Scottsville?
