Of these kids CVH is the only one seeing major varsity time. Racke, McNeil and Cheesman probably see some time with Racke seeing more than the other two with his ability to defend. I believe this list changes as we get closer to 2017 because some of these kids are two sport kids. I believe this will be the last year we see CVH on the football field due to the football coach will want his QB to be a full time football kid. Looking forward to hoops season, can't get here fast enough.

 

I believe Cole VonHandorf will continue to play football at CCH going forward (after this year), however, it probably won't be at QB for the reason you state above. He's a good athlete and I am sure the coaching staff will get him on field in some capacity if it isn't at QB. Basketball seems to be his first love and he will be devoting his attention to that sport in the spring/summer.

 

I believe both Schuh and Angel played with the CCH JV some this summer. I was told they both did well in the Spingboro/Moeller scrimmages.

 

I like Hunter Myer at Dixie as well. Another great athlete (QB on the Frosh/JV team) who has unlimited potential on court and on the football field.

Hunter Myer of Dixie will be on this list. Kid is a stud. Dad played football at UC and I believe for the Bills back in the 80's and early 90's maybe.

 

Will start jv for Dixie this year and see some varsity mins in blow outs.

I agree that Hunter is a very good athlete. His dad was a 3 sport star at Newport and played baseball at UC but did not play for the Bills. I believe your thinking of Mark Pike. But none the less, Hunter will be a good one who comes from a great family on both sides. Thanks for giving these kids exposure and for putting in your own personal time to do it. :up:

Not sure how serious it is...I just know that he got injured and didn't play the rest of the day. Just sat off to the side.

Also, believe AJ Youngman received an offer from NKU today as well...if he is the kid from Thomas Nelson.

What middle/feeder school did he attend? Is he tall? What position does he play?

You have seen CVH more so I'll trust your opinion. Looking forward to seeing that match up this year, though.
