Once again walker looked great on d. Good ball skills and a tackling machine, every tackle he makes he wraps up perfectly and picks ball carrier up and drives them into the ground. Defense as a whole looked better than the o but I think that's still a work in progress. Though the o didn't look bad.

I think the O-Line needs to come together. Defensive pressure was getting to Nagle. With the size of this line they ought to be able to smash people. With all the talent at running back they should be hard to beat if they have a 4th quarter lead and are able to run the ball and control the clock. Something they haven't done the past couple of years. How is Austin Davis doing? Saw him limping on the sideline.

He bruised his bone in practice Thursday;He was limping because he didn't have his cast on. He expects to play Friday. The o-line does need to mesh but I think by wk2 they'll be ok.

Definitely a new era at X. Nice charter buses for the scrimmage. Glaser believed in earning charter bus privileges.
