The whole Cingrani thing was explained. To best of my recall he goes down and Soto comes up until the DH. Then someone else comes up to pitch 1 game of the DH and then Cingrani pitches the other game of the DH. Then Soto goes down and Cingrani goes down until his next start and some other hitter other than Soto can come up. Meanwhile Who's on First, What's on Second.
