Congrats to Mayfield. THey have some talented guards in Moss, Rodgers, and SHelton. PLus they have HOckett who can play anywhere.

1st region isn't really that bad this year. Good win for the Cards!

Tony Hockett is a stud for Mayfield and just turned 16 yrs old-still has some growing to go...in two years he will be awesome and is a good kid on top of it!

Mayfield dominated the glass in the second half plain and simple. They shot over 50% for the half because the majority of their shots were 5 feet and in. Atheltic and quick. Congrats to Mayfield on the win.

 

I was a little surprised that the experience South Floyd has didn't come into play when they got down on a 9-0 run to start the half. But, oh well. The season isn't over and the real prize is weeks away - a regional championship.
