June 8, 201313 yr Author Has anyone watched the Hemlock Grove series yet? My girlfriend recently watched it. Said it wasa very weird and interesting show. She enjoyed it.
June 9, 201313 yr I need to find a show or two because if not I'm pretty much getting zilch out of my Netflix. I've had it for a year or two and rarely even watch it. I've watched some of the documentaries on there but so many of them are just so cheap and generic it takes away from the few good ones there really are. Movie wise Netflix has the equivalent of the $2 bin in blockbuster or wal-mart. They do have a lot of prominent tv series' though so even though I've never really been into tv shows or sitcoms I may have to give them a whirl. Seems like that's all my parents and step parents and their age group watches so I guess it's just something that comes with age. Maybe they will grow on me, I've just never really gave them a chance. Give me ESPN, Discovery, history, AE, travel channel, and those types of shows anyday.
June 10, 201313 yr We've been watching Downton Abby. Netflix has the first season. Not a bad series, kind ofsimilar to the old "Upstairs, Downstairs" series from the early 1980's. Basicly a fancied up soap opera.
