What I have said about defense is below, and I haven't yes anything about penalizing a defense, and I will say again that I am not a fan of taking away points. I've thought about something like this for holding a teams scoring: 20 to 14 = 1 pt 7 to 13 = 3 pts 6 to 1 = 7 pts 0 = 10 pts Also, I've thought about something like this for holding a teams yardage using a scale this this: 0 to 99 = 10 pts 100 to 199 = 7 pts 200 to 299 = 3 pts

May 23, 201313 yr QBs get all the praise for winning, they should get all the deductions for interceptions. I'm not down with fumbles and in 20+ years have never been in a league that penalized for fumbles. To my knowledge none of the high profile national leagues do either. Strange, I've never been in a league other than this that didn't penalize for it.

May 24, 201313 yr In my one season playing the part I liked least (other than my team sucking) was the fact that we didn't use the decimal score. You can have a player get 9 yards and have 0 points, but 10 yards is 1 point. The 9 yards could easily be .9, every yard counts. Anyway, just my thought.
