This is true! Lee really opened my eyes with the owsley win & buckhorn win. They really played defense. It will be interesting to see how they compete against brossart!!

Fetters, Brandenburg and Leisegang twins seem to be getting little notice among jrs as well.

i think johnson from lee co fits inthere as well he has stepped up an helped to get them to richmond

True.

Fetters may be the most under-rated player in the 14th and IMO is not far off from being the best all around player in the 14th. He is not a point guard, doesn't shoot many threes and doesn't try to score 30 points per game. I think that he was the MVP at the Johnson County Tournament and he has had several 20+ point games. Fetters and Warren of LCC are the best leapers that I've saw in the 14th.

Rich is the best post player that I've saw in the 14th. LCC has a good post player also, but I don't know his name.

Brandenburg is one of the top point guards.

The Leisegang twins may go unnoticed at times, but they are among the best shooters in the 14th, and are strong versatile ball-handlers able to penetrate, rebound and play defense.

List should also include:

Hollon - Sophomore at Breathitt

Eli Warren - Sr at LCC

Davidson - Sophomore at Jackson City

Fugate - Sr at Jackson City

Dixon - Sr at Estill

Amis is a senior and you would have 2 include him on that list to. I would throw Justin Stacey in as a junior and John Yancy as a fresh. Also include Jason Kelly as a soph.

Freshmen I can think of - in no particular order:

John Yancy Amis - PCC

Aaron Charles - Lee

Matt Amburgey - KCC (freshmen or soph)

Ryan Allen - Breathitt

Cory Dunaway - Lee

Andy Blank - Buckhorn (freshmen or soph)

? Morgan - Leslie

I am sure that LCC has some good freshmen also, and PCC has more than Amis but I can't remember their names.

That's Jimmy Jo Morgan for Leslie. He is the younger brother of Quentin Morgan for the Eagles.

GOOD POINT! Tyler Rich can hoop it up with any of them. Lee County just has a tremendously balanced attack. The can get you inside, and outside. They are fun to watch. The coach ( Danny Wright) is also doing a fantastic job with these boys. Hats off to him! :thumb:

I wonder if Brossart is allowed to pick up any other 10th region players in the All "A", since they appear to be matched against a 14th region All-Star Team!! :D

Poor Brossart, they will probably get beat by at least 30 going against these super Lee players. The best of the best.

After reading ARC's post, I just wonder if the coaches can still convince them to get on the bus tomorrow?? :D
