Mercer County 2013

Featured Replies

The titans returned from camp on Friday with a few position changes and a complete under standing of what coach Pardue is expecting out of them. Heard from several player that the camp was brutal but they came together as a team and had gotten better by the end of the week. I think with the experience returning and the up coming talent mercer could be a team to watch out for.

I keep telling people that Mercer County is going to surprise them this year and be much better than people think. I can't wait until I am right. Once Boyle goes down I'll be sure to remind you all.

It is very likely Tanner Robins may never play football again but it is still unknown if it is permanent but it isn't looking promising right now. I always call him Tanner Macshara when I see him and I'll admit I got a little misty-eyed and got a lump in my throat when his father told me the news. No football or basketball this year for Tanner and hopefully he'll be able to help out the Titan baseball team this spring. Hearing Tanner was injured hurt my heart as bad as hearing Jacob Bodner tore his ACL his senior year in the first week of basketball practice. Sad news. He will be one hell of a baseball player if that ends up being the only sport he can continue playing. He was already going to be a great one.

Has Mercer had their pre season scrimmage yet? If not, who with or when?
