O.K. the season is 3/4 gone and I would love to see everyones opinion as to the top players this season (by class) in the 13th. Everyone try to limit thier list to 5 in each class....

everyone have fun....

By class???? In basketball their are no classes! Do you mean according to football class?

Good list but I would add James Strange from Pineville to the freshmen list.

You are correct, I meant to ask his name because I wasn't sure what it was or if he was a freshman or sophomore. I was posting on my lunch break and in a hurry which made me forget to ask. He definately goes on that list and imo, overall list as well.

You would have to put John Smith and the Curtis kid from Harlan in with the Juniors I would think. And Watkins from Cawood in the Seniors.

I don't know much about the 13th region, but I have seen Pineville's 6'6 center Day play, and I don't see how you could leave him off your sophomore list.

How is the William Jones kid playing this year for Clay County?

hes doing pretty good...but in my book Swafford has past him up in the "best" player at Clay Co category...

Jones is playing very good. He's stepped his defense up and his shooting has improved. When he takes his defense up another level and shakes a few of those ill advised shots out of his offense, I would put him in the top three in the region.
