Sorry for the double post.

I like to keep them intrigued.

A mod wil combine the threads.

Congratulations to all. The thing that strikes me as I look at the team, a lot of underclassmen were named. You usually see more seniors on these types of teams but more than half the 21 players named are underclassmen.

Congrats to all of the kids selected. I think the enquirer did an outstanding job .

I agree with VOR. Lots of young studs returning next year. 2014 class is good and deep. 2015 not as deep but some have great talent. Can't wait till next season.

Looks like a pretty good list! Congrats to all these kids. Glad to see them get some recognition for all of those hours in the gym and weight room.

Congrats to all that made the list. I am biased but not sure how a NKCA 1st team and 10th Region All Star is only a HM for the media. I guess I will put more value in the coaches picks.

Very cool. I got to see a bunch of these guys play this weekend in the Eddie Ford Spring Classic in Louisville. Next year will be fun to watch indeed! :)

Beetle!!!!!!!

Congrats to all the guys who were selected. I think Kristian Morgan should have been named to one iod the teams. The boy can flat out play.

Wasn't he HM All State two years in a row? Must be bias by the Cincy media :sssh:

afi100guy: If you are talking about McGovney he was a tough one to leave out, but he missed so much time due to the injuries and he wasn't the same player. Hopefully a little more time to heal will help and without a doubt if that's the case Thomas More got an absolute steal.

nkybandit: Morgan was on the cusp of making second team, but as is usually the case when you put one on you have to take one off and I couldn't justify taking anyone else off.

I had the Gallatin girls represented on first and second team.

Great explanation from Richard Skinner on some questions on this thread. Always tough to pick and compare kids.

Though it seems NKY often forgets the 8th or some of the Southern 10th region folks on these types of list, I think this time they did a good job including them with 15 picks from the 8th region and first teamer Mason Monroe getting recognized from Pendleton County.
