jericho
The monstrous abortion trial the media don?t want you to know about | Fox News The two other "doctors" on staff were allegedly medical school graduates without licenses. The employee giving anesthesia was a sixth-grade dropout, while a 15-year-old high school student helped in the surgical and recovery rooms, she said. Yeah it doesnt happen like this everytime, but people dont go around shooting elem school kids everytime either and see what the media is doing to that. Colonels_Wear_Blue
I have to completely agree about the fact that most of the mainstream media outlets are trying to keep this incredible monstrosity committed by a "women's health provider" as quiet as they possibly can. Shocking Revelations From The "House Of Horrors" Trial In Pennsylvania, Dr. Kermit Gosnell faces the death penalty over allegations that he performed illegal late-term abortions by delivering babies, then snipping their spinal cords with scissors. Afterward, he would reportedly cut off the babies' feet and preserve them in jars. A neonatologist testified there was no medical reason for this. ...... The anesthesiologist was a sixth-grade dropout who couldn't fully read or write, according to prosecutors. The woman who performed ultrasounds had an 8th grade education and phlebotomy certification for drawing blood. Another employee who worked in the operating room was a 15-year-old girl still attending high school. Former employee Stephen Massof, an unlicensed medical school graduate, described snipping babies' spinal cords as "literally a beheading." He told the court that "it would rain fetuses." rockmom
I am not "pro abortion in any way, shape or form, but if R v W is ever overturned, there will be just as heinous treatment, but with much less oversight.
rockmom
I agree this type of story should be more prominently covered. However, I disagree that headlines should be more shocking. And as this doctor has already plead guilty, that may explain why the media has backed off of it, as it's no longer "sensationalist". I do remember quite a bit of major coverage when the story first broke.
Beechwoodfan
Three things: 1. I don't know anyone who "believes in abortion." 2. I agree with the above posts by RM 3. I am pro choice and I fully support prosecution of those who step outside the parameters of the law. Clearly that is what has happened here. I really wish people could rally around the idea of effecting change in the abortion issue by getting involved on a personal level. It really upsets me that people think voting and billboards are "involvement".

rockmom
I would support R v W if the father had a say in the murder of his child by the mom. I think you would be surprised at the number of abortions that are done either with the father's full support or at their insistence.

I bet if more men took true responsibility on both birth control and raising children from unplanned pregnancies, there would be little discussion here. I'm sure, but I wasn't one of them. I didn't get a chance to have a say. You would also be surprised in the number of men who would raise the baby. Men can't practice self control? Men can't assume responsibility for themselves?
