Right...I just now seen that Bama plays UT at 3:30....I was going by Tvguide online and I didn't see the SEC mid day game...I hadn't checked ESPN.

I feel dumb now...:ohbrother:

Not Jerry Tipton @NotJerryTipton

Doug Shows is calling the Alabama/Tennessee game. He just ejected Calipari.

Big win by Bama. Does this win effect our NCAA bid? Is Tenn still in?

^ Hard to tell. Certainly helps us in comparison with UT, but hurts in comparison with Bama. Losses by Boise State, LaSalle & Baylor are much more helpful for us IMO.

Scalpers were buying UK fans tickets for $10 each for semis and finals for lowers, $3 for uppers. I was out on Broadway for about an hour and didn't see one ticket get sold to anyone today, scalpers had handfuls of them and nobody was buying! It would be great to be a Nashville resident and just want to go to the game, you could probably sit anywhere for dirt cheap.

Nice call by HT and Plantman!

UK fans would have been livid today if the Cats made the finals and Dooug Shows and Tony Greene were calling the game! HAHA

We got SUPER lucky Friday night. We were sitting in the restaurant at the Hilton and 4 guys from Missouri were sitting beside us. They got up on Ole Miss and they bought the remainder of our books for $50/book! They were good seats (14 rows behind home bench), but after reading your post, sounds like we were lucky.

3 "best" officials in the SEC were on the Final game if you ask me.
