Sweet 16 Is Set

MoCo is 0-4 against good athletic teams. Soon to be 0-5. Warren Central is good enough to beat MoCo and they will on Thursday at noon.

Who are the 4 teams?

Warren Central barely snuck by Russell Co. I hardly think they are as athletic as MOCO! Plus they got clipped by Johnson Central. I like MOCO til Sat Night!

It's really just 3 teams hes speaking of. The team from Fla beat MOCO without OMAR. Trinity, Mad Central, and Bryan Station.

Have you ever watched Warren Central? In basketball or even football? They are athletic.

No i have not. I've only seen them in the Sweet 16 every year. I know who they are yes I'm sure they are all athletic as heck. But MOCO is very athletic and can shoot it and have a size advantage from what i heard yesterday. It should be a very fast paced game and fun to watch.

Do you think the fast paced game will favor MoCo?

Holmes is my sleeper vs MOCO...................I think it is Ballard's to lose when it is all said and done............

No.

Yes! Yes! Thats who they are. They score points in bunches by full court traps. Forcing turnovers. But I know thats Warren Central's game too!

I'll just say this: MOCO is favored in this game. So somebody knows something.

They should be favored. They are the higher ranked team. I'm just calling an upset special.

And Russell County beat Madison Central two weeks ago.

In my mind the Warren Central/Montgomery County game is the most appealing in the first round. I think it could go either way.

Everybody watch out for Hoptown.

I can't believe no one else is talking about this team. I guess very few on here have watched them this year, but when I saw them I was highly impressed. I think Majors is a top 10 player in the state, Matlock is a tremendous young talent, and Elam and Edwards are both very nice players as well. They have a great draw, and should be heavy favorites to make the semifinals. I believe they will be a very difficult challenge for whomever comes out of the top quarter.

I would add Christian Co., Worthington Killbourne, and Collins as athletic teams Montgomery Co. has played. The Indians won all three of those games by double figures.
