Holmes 43 Clark County 26

I forgot to mention that I'm very familiar with GRC and I know they are really down this year. So that makes it that much worse.

It really is hard to believe that Cov Holmes was held to only 2 points in a qtr. No matter who played, who didn't, how good the defense was, or for any reason really. That must have been a total breakdown? My goodness, is all I can say!

Why is that so hard to believe? Look at this.

Held to 2 points in a qtr and still won by 17...Yup, no way they're a top 20 team.

That's what I'm saying!! Hello! That terrible team in which you still beat by 17 held you to 2 points in a qtr!

GRC is not the teams of the past few years. But one thing GRC still has is their defense and competitiveness. We may not be able to score when we need to but we never give up on defense. These kids play with lots of heart and guts. To say they are terrible, I believe is unfair. Are we down this year, yes. Have they competed in all games with a brutal schedule, yes. Would I want to face them come post season....NO.

Hey Walter. GRC just played a real top 20 team tonight. Montgomery co handed the cards a big loss at home. And they scored a lot each qtr. Not just 2 points. A lot. They did say that GRC played tough in your grill defense, but this top 20 squad handled to pressure!

I heard Purdue had some scouts there watching Bolden play. He should be one of the heavier recruited players in the state in a year from now. Pretty impressive having them come watch the Super Soph.

8 points in a quarter is "a lot"? Really?

You should really know the facts before throwing nonsense out there.

You failed to mention Holmes also played this game without 6th man Armani Housely. Not having him, plus foul trouble, yea most teams are bound to have a bad quarter. Your comments are seriously taking away from a very good defensive effort by GRC, though.

All this talk about Holmes having a bad quarter, yet they still won by 17. If you want to reach, that's fine, but atleast come with something better than "2 pts in a quarter- not a real top 20 team" argument.

28-1 are the only numbers you should worry about.
