I say travel because while he legally went to the ground he also went back to his feet which is a travel. I originally thought he still took a quick dribble while getting up. This angle tells me that was incorrect.

 

As someone mentioned earlier there can be no carry if the ball isn't dribbled after the carry. That appears to be the case here so the violation is a travel.
