I think I would just chalk this one up to......it was just one of "those" games. The girls need to regroup an get focused for the remainder of the season and a "BIG" 1st game in the district tourney. I'm very proud of what they have accomplished thus far.

Wow very impressive win for Holy Cross. Congratulations. That's two big wins in a row. They seem to be peeking at the right time. NewCath has a very tough schedule the last two weeks of the season. They just lost to SK and HC and will now face St. Henry, Walton, ND, Ryle and Conner to round out the season before playing Highlands in the first round of district play. Good luck to both teams.

Another nice win for HC..They are moving up in the BigZig Rankings very quickly.

equitable officiating makes a big difference compared to the joke that occurred on the hill a few weeks ago.

Leave officiating out of it. The officials did a nice job at the All A. NewCath was the better team that night. Holy Cross was the better team Saturday. Why not leave it at that?

Actually went to this game. Fist time in this gym. Holy Cross fans cry and beg the entire time. Kind of embarrassing. HC won fair and square. Get over the past.

I'm beginning to like you.

Holy Cross inside game dominated the game early and often with scoring from Abby Hassert and Ally Mayhaus. Rebounding was another big key as HC dominated the glass.

 

Abby Hassert led HC with 18 pts, Ally Mayhaus 14 and DeAsia Beal with 11. Also, pg play of Dajah McClendon was great tonight. HC follows up the big win over Conner with another big win tonight over NCC. Breds were led by Nicole Kiernan with 15.

 

Glad to see Ms. Hassert playing and doing well. She took quite a spill in the Highlands game a couple of weeks ago.
