'Heckling' or even 'shouting' are a stretch. He put the challenge out there and finally got a few responses. They were not shouting him down at all. This has been way, way overplayed. But why be surprised. WATCH: Media caught falsely claiming gun activists heckled father who lost son in Newtown - VOTE AZ 2012 Lawyers that got after a survivor for their own good are called ambulance chasers. I am not sure if there is fitting term for politicians who do the same. Many are exploiting this incident and exploiting those involved. 1 month is not a long grieving period for a parent. Its the opportunistic politicians who should be ashamed.
January 30, 201313 yr Really? You don't think if the possession an unregistered gun were made a capital crime that this would be a deterrent? Private gun sales are almost completely unregulated and untracked. How would it have helped in this scenario, the boy killed his mom and took the guns. That's like me killing my neighbor to take their lawfully owned guns and then committing a crime with them and blaming the neighbor.
January 31, 201313 yr Your logic and reasoning are not correct. If you want to reduce gun violence, eliminate the war on drugs. And yes, I would support capital punishment for the possession of an unregistered automatic weapon. So we are going to stop killing....by killing....
January 31, 201313 yr No matter how you want to spin it what the shouted back to him was callous .I don't see where cammando is spinning anything. Now, MSNBC and HuffPo... that's another story. What was callous? "The Second Amendment!"? He asked a question, he got an answer.
