Things don't get easier for Ryle with Holmes coming to town Tues.

Nice to see the Cougars play well tonight. Need to continue to improve. Much better guard play tonight. Way knocked down a few big shots and Ruholt offered valuable minutes.

Very nice win for Conner. Hemmerich was Hemmerich. Ruholt playing well and gaining confidence at the PG spot. Barker and Padgett didn't score a lot (6 and 4 pts, respectively) but both played excellent D and owned the boards. Lamblez has put a couple good games together. Mays was unstoppable in the 1st half slashing to the basket. Conner adjusted and made him shoot from the outside in the 2nd half and his shot wasn't falling.

 

Saw a lot of teams in the house scouting, including Cooper. Big one on Wednesday for the Cougars.

Conner did seem to own the boards. I'd say Barker had 10 boards himself. If he didn't it seemed like Brady was there.

 

I'm most pleased to see some guards hitting outside shots. Way had 3 3s and Ruholz had at least 1.
