April 25, 201313 yr Ok, it was killing me, so I had to look it up. The name is definitely a recognizable name by most older Reds fans. I never saw him play as a Red, but I definitely knew the name. I will say I never would have guessed him in a million years though. Was it a catcher? No Since someone said they didn't recognize the name I'll go Smokey Burgess. No.
