The combine is held at the Alamodome the same week as the US Army All American Game.

I attended the combine back in 2008 and it was day after New Yrs.

 

Free admission to the combine and a must see if you want to see the best in the nation imo. Lots of testing (40 yd dash, pro shuttle, vertical, long jump, bench press, etc) but some 7 on 7, some 1 on 1. It is suppose to be no contact as the guys have no equipment on but it gets real chippy and physical at times.

 

San Antonio is a really cool city and the river walk is neat. Remember being down there one nite and taking the boat ride down the canal and waking up the next morning and they drained the canal for cleaning...

Tristen is a top 100 kid now. Notre Dame is on him. Has offers from top programs across the country.
