You're exactly right. It will be a packed house and a loud crowd for all four teams. It will be an exciting night. :banana:

The 14th is a wild region! Any 14th team besides Riverside has a decent chance of beating any other team in the 14th. More upsets in this region this season than any that I can remember.

This has been a fun season!!! Every game is going to be nip & tuck. Just when you think there is going to be a blowout or an easy win, you get fooled once again (LCC against Jenkins, KCC against Lee, JBS against PCC) & everything gets thrown out the window once again.

 

Rankings should be posted on a day to day basis since there seem to be upsets every night.

I think whoever wins the second round game between Lee Co./Jackson City vs JBS will go out of the 14th.

 

I guess that would have to be Lee now since JBS made an early exit

Ive decided that there are no upsets in the 14th based on what has been happening of late. Everyone is even-kill right now, especially the 4 teams left in the all "A". This could all change come district, and a few teams could seperate themselves from the rest of the pack. I hope it stays this close though, although I dont know if I handle the excitement. :jump:

Owsley's season didn't really start until Smith returned, and NO, we're not showing him too much love....just being truthful. He makes a HUGE difference. It took about two games for him to get back into the groove, but he's really come around the last 4 games. He makes it much more difficult to press the Owls, and now defenses cannot double team Neeley as much. Plus, he is a great rebounder, averaging about 10 per game, to go along with his 19 ppg average. He has good drives to the basket, and as a result gives Neeley much better looks at threes when he drives and kicks. Owsley is just not the same team now. No dreaming...just reality.

I guarentee those kids at Owsley feel as if right now they can beat anyone on a given night and to me that would put them in the middle of the pack of in my opinion is a "down" region that does not have one or two dominant teams as what has been present in the past.
