26 Mason County turnovers. 35-13 points off turnovers advantage for Scott. Difference in the game.

^ It sounded like that on the radio.

It was. Probably the two best high school student sections I've ever seen.

Both student crowds were insane. Great atmosphere. Go Eagles!

Wow! Mason kids traveled up the road on an ugly night. Congrats to the Eagles on a good win. It looks like they are starting to get into their grove.

Forgot to add that Mason County's Steven Chambers did not play in this game due to a team rules violation (per WFTM's Danny Weddle on the radio broadcast).

Mason Co had 6 soph get playing time in this game. At one point Mason had 4 soph and a Jr playing in 2nd half. 26 turnovers is a lot to overcome, especially for a young group, on the road against a Scott High team who returned all their starters from last year. Scott High is good, but give the young Royals some time, along with Steven Chambers in the next match up....the outcome could be different. Coach Carr does a good job with Scott High......he is very intense on the sidelines, and his teams always play hard. 10th Region will be interesting come March.

Nice win for the Eagles but with Chambers out aim sure that hurt a ton for MC.

Mason County has an excellent corps of sophomores. Impressive winners of the 10th Region Freshmen Tournament a year ago.
