The Breds are in the State Finals for the 8th time since 2000, Runners-up in 2000, 01, 07, & 08 and Champs in 2005, 06, & 10. Do they bring home another state title to "the hill" on Saturday or does Caldwell Co. spoil those plans???? What say you??

In my opinion it wil be tough for Caldwell

I know absolutely ZIP about Caldwell Co. other than looking at the KHSAA site. Can we get some imput from those in the know on this team.

Caldwell has a great young QB with size and a heck of an arm. A good receiver and a decent back. Solid team but when I saw them back a month ago I would have never thought they would be this far. I know little about NCC but I do know their tradition so I think NCC is the favored team here.

I had to vote in poll with heart instead of head. Caldwell is solid with awsome qb and Mr. Everything Boyd but after that there is some falloff and that is where they will likely struggle with NCC. I think we beat them 48-7 and could have made it much worse. Running clock in the 3rd Q. Let them hang around though and they are capable. This is a young team that has a huge future upside.

If Cain is as accurate as last night they will be very hard to stop. NCC team speed is across the board, not one real burner but the entire team has really good speed at each position. Hard to beat well coached speed and NCC has both.
