I don't disagree with you. I heard a lot about NCC having a cake walk and after watching Somerset's last two games weren't great teams. I'm not comparing Danville to WV by any means just saying the Danville team I watched on film didn't look very good. I give Somerset as much credit as anyone but u watched them and wasn't blown say like I had heard from previous posters.

All this talk about cakewalks. The reality is any team who got the num 1 seed was pretty much in the same position. As we all know anything can happen on any given game. New Cath could have lost any of those games as well as Somerset could have. I don't think I read anywhere on here that any New Cath fans sais Somerset was going to be a easy game or that Somerset players would be afraid to play. I have seen both teams play and I honestly believe this will be a fight for both teams, but I believe New Cath pulls this win out and goes on tks the State Championship. Good luck to both teams.

Some people are comparing Def to Def or O-line to O-line or Off to Off. It doesn't matter who's Def is better than the others what matters is who wins the Def vs Off comparison for each team. Somersets Def vs NewCaths Off and NewCaths Def vs Somersets Off.

I don't understand, when Danville beat Boyle Co. and Played SK to a 5 point game, everyone thought they were pretty good. Then NCC loses to SK by 8 and SK is pretty good. Danvilles Def. holds SK to 12 pts. NCC lets them score 28 pts. Somerset holds Danville to 7 pts in both games and Scores 31 and 24 but we No Good and You people can beat the World. Don't Figure!!!! I promise you Somerset will show up Friday Night and there want be one bit of Fear in any Kid they put on the Field. Because We All Know.

You are hearing from the minority who think NCC will win easily. Most folks up hear will be VERY happy with a one point win. There is a lot of respect for Somerset, especially their defense,and I see a low scoring very close game. As usual in these kind of games turnovers may be the difference. Good luck.

Every fan in the state will be happy if the team they are pulling for wins by 1 point....except maybe Highlands. Lol. Their is no minority in these regard because no one has said NCCwas going to walk in and dominate. Mostly just a bunch of cliches about how things are going to go down. Turnovers, lack of execution, weather, injuries, and I bet the team that lost cries about officiating. Vicious cycle here on BGP.

I NEVER complain about officiating...unless it cost us the game
