I read a couple of articles on this not sure of the names of all, but one was from Pew. Also the white vote has decreased. I also mentioned on election day that people I know in Florida said that the voter suppression allegations fueled the turnout, CNN had an article on this today as well.

I heard more than one conservative pundit a day or two after the election say that those efforts, in retrospect were a big mistake that came back to bite them. In so many words, instead of trying to reduce opposition party turnout; the party should be figuring out how to attract more voters. Pretty simple concept.
