It is ever increasing but not everyone has computers or Electronic readers as of yet and do depend on libraries for their reading materials

They'll have less once Obama starts hitting all of us with even more taxes.
November 12, 201213 yr Did I just read that they had already printed tax bills with the new rate that was defeated? It will cost the library (us) $20,000 to be reprinted. This hired head JC Morgan needs to go! I'm assuming he was behind the 27% increase and giving his workers a 14% raise?
November 12, 201213 yr They may have to close an existing branch to pay for it. Maybe it'll be Ft. Thomas since they already have a couple of close branches and if they want to keep it then they can take up a collection. I'm good with that. They should look and see which branch of the 3 gets used the least and close it. Put the savings toward one further south. It's silly to have three that close together.

It was common knowledge that it was going to happen regardless of the tax passing or failing. So instead of simply imposing more tax on the fine residents of Campbell County, the powers to be are forced to do their jobs, and get creative. So again, what's the beef? No new tax and library still built.
