Please don't get me wrong on this...

I agree with you 1oo%.The problem that I have seen from my end of the spectrum, are the Christians that love to bash Obama for his religious beliefs, but have no clue of Romney's beliefs.:thumb:

The difference to me is I don't know what Obama believes. When you look at the people he has surrounded himself with it leaves me shaking my head. Romney on the other hand seems pretty straight forward when it comes to his religious beliefs. Mormons are very devout people in general. At least that's been my experience.

Here's a link about Obama.(I'm not sure how reliable it is)!

Is Barack Obama a Muslim

You did say that "I will be the first to admit that I know a few Mormons but don't know anything about Mormons".

Obama is as phony as they come. Forcing religious-based medical institutions to perform abortions, cancelling White House Day of Prayer but not Ramadan celebrations, removing under God intentionally, redefining marriage, abortions paid for by tax dollars, immoral debt spending - give me a moral Mormon over an immoral whatever he is - certainly not a Christian.

You might want to check out snopes.com: Urban Legends Reference Pages for some of those "truths."

Here's one to start with : snopes.com: National Day of Prayer

I would definitely vote for formerkywrestler over both candidates. Word up!!!!

Hell yea! We need to get working on 2016!

I'm only speaking for myself but if the atheist had a social platform the exact opposit of Obama's then yes. Furthermore, what actions taken by Obama make you believe that he is any different than an atheist? One other question, what is more dangerous, an atheist or someone who claims to be Christian but doesn't live or conduct themselves like a Christian?

Besides great looks and charm, why are atheists dangerous?

If BGP is an indication of the rest of KY he should get that 5%. :D

Unfortunately I'm quite skeptical he gets it.

Daggone right. You'll be a great VP. :D

I long time ago I started this thread. I voted for Gary Johnson.

You might be the deciding vote to hit the 5%. I too voted for Johnson which has my mom rolling her eyes right now. I do not support everything of Johnson, but I really feel my vote speaks a lot louder voting for him than Obama or Romney.
