Sorry, I hope I'm wrong, but I don't see this game as a blowout at all. Paris seems to be peaking and is playing solid football. I certainly don't want to look past them and start worrying about Frankfort. Frankfort also has to play another team on the rise. Not saying its likely,but looking past this week's opponents could have Frankfort and BW watching Paris and Bellevue play in week 3.

For Paris to win they will need help from the ghost of 1980's teams of the past to show up. Bw easily

 

Might be a good chance for Bw to try and get some reps from their young, inexperienced frosh qb who will soon be thrown to the Lions or Panthers and will need all the reps he can get in

If we get to play them again, I would almost rather go there again. I think the Turf benefits Frankfort.

Many may feel this game will not be a close contest, but it may be the most important game of the year for Beechwood. The New Cath game served its purpose and pulled all the Tigers' weaknesses to the surface. The Tigers are still a work in progress as they try to find the right mix to put on the field to win a state championship. The team on the field tonight will be playing as a unit for the first time with freshmen in the mix now and with suspended players back. How will the team mesh? Can the freshman QB have another game like last week? Will the ground game get back on track now that the passing game is a threat? Is the defense now that shut down defense everyone expected it to be? There are a lot of questions to be answered and they need to be answered tonight. This is a big, big game for the Tigers.

Paris does nto stand any type of chance. They have had a good season ,but no way it continues after tonight.

I agree with everyone that I expect a clear Beechwood win. But how the players on the field play together and get that win is what is really important. Assuming Beechwood gets the win tonight, there is no more time for "tryouts" in the games that follow. Next week is go time and the decisions on what and who you are going with will be finalized tonight.
