Who wins and why?
Does Fleming County have any chance in this contest after putting up a big doughnut hole last time out against the Royals, on their home field no less? Will this one have a running clock? Just wondering before I dish out the $7 or $9 to see this one

I have to support my team and go with the Panthers. I hope they can redeem themselves from the last game with Mason! We did beat them at their place last year. If we can get the team that played the first half and the last 3 minutes last night to show up, we have a chance! If we get the crew that had 197 yards in penalties that played most of the second half, we will be in trouble!

This one won't be a 34-0 blowout. Mason caught Fleming on one of those "perfect storms" that likely won't be repeated. Royals have to shore up their run defense and do a better job protecting the QB than they did against Powell County. If Fleming can minimize penalties and turnovers they should be right in this one.

All In; I look forward to seeing you there. My ticket was $5 the other night; should be $5 again unless there is some sort of arcane progressive playoff pricing program in place. If it's more than the $5; I will personally make up the difference and buy you a popcorn to boot.thumb[1].gif

Pick-six, if you plan to be there send me a PM. I always enjoy putting faces with BGP usernames.

Good luck to ChiefSmoke and the Mason County players/coaches. JD

I'm holding you to the popcorn, regardless:lol: Wish I knew what Fleming County team was showing up, was actually hoping Bath County would have won that game because I know they would have given the Royals a good game. Fleming seems to play scared whenever the Royals are good, last year was not the norm for Royals football.
