I thought Holmes would give them a better game.

Ashland has a very nice team this year... better than last season by a good bit.Defensively they are pretty stout, offensively they have some playmakers and a good OL.

 

Still shouldn't be able to stop Highlands, but I don't think the gap between CovCath and JC/Ashland is as much as people think.

Highlands probably got a tougher draw with Ashland as the 2 seed. The birds had better be prepared or it could be an early upset.
