Watched a bit of tonight scrimmage game between CovCath, Turpin HS, Forrest Park Ohio and Western Hills University HS, Cincinnati Ohio.

 

CovCath vs. Turpin 10 min quarter with running clock CovCath 14-9

CovCath vs. Western Hills 10 minute quarter with running clock 16-8 (I believe it was 8)

CovCath vs. Turpin 10 min quarter with running clock CovCath was up 16-2 before I had to leave!

If this is accurate then there are only 5 players who are JV only. The roster on the Cov Cath site lists 17 players for JV/Varsity. Seems coach is not keeping the same numbers as past years, as I seem to recall the number being 20 or so between the two.

In this case gladly, in fact all expenses paid.

Hearing some rumors that Tobler has only practiced once and has some back issues. Also heard there is another player that has to get an MRI. Sounds like health may be an issue for the Colonels in the pre-season. If Tobler cant go for the Colonels they will have a very difficult time in their District.
