Only update I saw was that CCH was up 28-0 in the 2nd quarter.

I left at that point and really it was pretty much over. I don't know if CCH pulled starters or what. I wouldn't have thought so at that point. CCH was dominating but not crushing them. I have no idea how Holmes could have scored that many points unless they ran a kick back or turnovers.

The details from what I saw. CCH was really balanced in running and passing. They couldn't get anything running up the middle, but made some nice gains running wide. Bir was accurate and they had some big pass plays and then quite a few drops that hurt them. Holmes gained yardage up the middle but not as much wide. They were successful in short passing game because of attention given to Peterson, but didn't go to it enough IMO. This was a 14-0 game with 5 minutes left in the half, then CCH scored with 4 minutes to go, Holmes threw a pick and CCH struck quickly again. Holmes really hung in there until the 2 quick TD's. As always the Bulldogs hit, but the CCH rb's and wr's broke tackles, as they ran over a few also.

I'm sure that there will be much better details soon, but Cov Cath controlled the game & it was never really close, but Holmes showed explosiveness and sheer athleticism.

I wish I had name & numbers, but a short flair pass with about a 90 yard run after the catch for a score for the Bulldogs.

A botched punt attempt for the Bulldogs ended with the punter running around 90 yards (yes again) for a TD.

A defensive TD for Holmes also. CCH had their 2nd's in when they ran a read option. From my view, the QB thought he gave the ball to the RB and the RB thought the QB kept the ball, as neither came back to the ball. Meanwhile, the ball dropped straight down to the turf, not bouncing around. An alert Holmes defender picked it up and ran 40ish yards for a score.
