The 6'8" freshman that JBS has is very impressive. He is the best big man that I have seen in the 14th this year especially on defense. I think JBS needs to get him a few more offensive looks and he will be something special.

 

 

 

Colllins is a nice player for a freshman and will be a force, eventually, but i think that may be a bit of a reach especially with Morgan from Leslie and Rich from Lee both in this region. Not too mention the big kids from LCC

Zack Gay and Justin Rice from Buckhorn aren't bad either.

This definitely came as a HUGE surprise to me...congrats to JBS though!

They have to get past Owsley County on January 25th in Booneville, but if they can win at Perry Central they can win anywhere in the region. The Owls had better be more than ready for this game.

BTW, the top bracket of the All A has some really good matchups.

Good win for JBS! I guess this will certainly get the attention of the other 14th Region teams if there were any doubters out there before?

 

JBS will be a contender this year and probably in the next few years for the Regional title! Again Congrats to JBS!

I think that they are riding a wave of confidence and will be a force in this year's All "A" and Regional tournaments

I have watched JBS play alot this year and I am impressed with the composure they have to be so young. I think this game will give them a lot of confidence in the ALL

"A" tourney but they had better not overlook anyone in the tourney. The thing about young teams is they can sometimes show their youth unexpectedly. The scary thing about JBS is they bring everbody back for 2 more years and will have unbelieveable size next year because their big kids are still growing....
